Program Manager / Program Director (Portland, OR)

Hello Professionals, We are looking Program Manager / Program Director with the following skill sets.

Program Manager / Program Director | Location: Portland, OR (5 days work from office)

Experience:

• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT Program Management, with a significant focus on large-scale, complex, enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-year, multi-location, global programs, preferably within the automotive industry or similar complex manufacturing sectors.

• Deep experience managing programs involving system integration, data migration, and custom software development/configuration.
• Experience working directly with global enterprise clients, managing senior stakeholders and complex organizational structures.

• Technical Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems, integration technologies, and data migration approaches.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Leadership & Soft Skills:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mentality, results-oriented, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

• Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor s degree in computer science/ engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• PMP or PgM certification highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be willing and able to work primarily onsite at the client's location Portland, Oregon, USA.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages relevant to global automotive markets is a plus.
