 Position Overview:

Major Entertainment Company is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead Talent integration workstreams for multiple lines of business.

In this pivotal role, you will drive change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement across complex business integration workstreams.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, proactively identifying and managing risks, blockers, and dependencies to minimize disruption to Talent operations and the broader organization.

Your expertise in leading change, managing projects, and communicating with diverse stakeholder groups will be critical to the success of these integration efforts.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for Talent integration initiatives across Eyeline and Animation, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Develop and implement robust change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within Talent teams.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Talent, Technology, Finance, and other key functions to align timelines, resources, and expectations.

Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies that could impact integration success.

Develop and execute clear communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the integration process.

Track project milestones, report on progress, and provide regular updates to Program leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in change management, with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change in complex environments.

Demonstrated experience in program or project management, ideally within HR or People functions.

Experience identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies, and developing effective mitigation strategies.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail in documenting and testing business processes.

Nice to Haves or Preferred Skills:

Prior experience supporting cross-functional business integrations.
