Program Manager (Utility Infrastructure)

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead critical utility infrastructure projects for a global technology leader. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of utility services, including transmission and distribution. You will act as the central point of contact between energy teams, design partners, and external authorities, ensuring that complex power requirements are met safely, on time, and within budget.

Lead weekly design and site progress meetings with diverse stakeholders.

Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project, tracking critical paths and equipment lead times.

Oversee cost management, including budget establishment, PO tracking, and change orders.

Ensure all utility and substation designs are reviewed and approved through formal document control.

Conduct site walks to verify construction quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Manage the documentation for deeds, easements, and utility agreements.

10+ years of Project/Program Management experience specifically within Power Utilities.

Proven track record managing power utility equipment costs and complex lead times.

Hands-on experience with deeds and easements.

Expertise in Microsoft Project and exposure to AutoCAD or BIM360.

Strong background in construction-related change management.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional experience with ERP implementations (e.g., Ariba).

Experience managing large-scale construction sites across North America.
