Title: Program Manager (with Scrum Master Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced program manager with strong Scrum Master expertise to lead and oversee end-to-end product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic program planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure Agile delivery practices, and facilitate collaboration across multiple product squads. This role requires balancing program-level governance with team-level Scrum facilitation to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management
• Define and manage the roadmap, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for product development programs.
• Align program objectives with organizational strategy and product vision.
• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide regular program updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Scrum Master Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach development teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
• Support product owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and value-driven delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, UX, QA, and other teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe/LeSS preferred).
• Promote transparency, communication, and collaboration across all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (master's preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 8+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development projects in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in program management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication.
• Strong problem-solving ability, with a focus on delivering business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Agile Program Management certification.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise product development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile at scale.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is a plus.
