Program Manager:

The Program Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end billing system migration, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruptions. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution excellence to deliver a successful migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Drive the billing migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with  Business, IT, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the migration.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with billing system requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of billing data to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and data security standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in large-scale billing system migrations, in telecom.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with billing/ordering/provisioning systems, cloud migration (AWS), and industry-specific platforms (e.g., Amdocs).
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex billing data and optimize processes.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive reporting skills
