Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Localization, this position will provide Localization AI support to multiple organizations and across multiple languages. This role will work closely with AI Language Managers, Localization Engineers, Product Management, Content Management, Product Development, Customer Support, QA, internal business partners, and external vendors.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Localization, this position will provide Localization AI support to multiple organizations and across multiple languages. This role will work closely with AI Language Managers, Localization Engineers, Product Management, Content Management, Product Development, Customer Support, QA, internal business partners, and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Concurrent management of multiple localization AI projects in a fast-paced environment, recognizing and acting on their priorities and interdependencies
- Planning and executing projects ranging from small, fast turn-around projects to larger, complex projects, working with the Localization team and clients to establish their localization needs
- Monitoring localization request systems and acting on in-coming requests
- Representing the localization team at project planning/kickoff meetings; developing detailed project plans
- Communicating status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Reviewing and improving existing or defining new processes to deliver to business needs
- Providing localization expertise and advice to our internal clients
- Managing Localization vendors
- Tracking metrics and schedules, and monitoring the workload of our internal resources and external vendors
- Collaborating closely with LQA AI Leads to ensure proper alignment of AI quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Localization Project Management
- Knowledge of AI software tools and techniques
- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing fast-paced and larger-scale project implementations from start to finish across multiple languages
- Strong Localization Vendor Management experience
- Solid experience with formal software development life cycles in a Web environment, and understanding of the most common software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve technical issues
- Experience with Translation Management (such as XTM / SDL WorldServer) and Content Management systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Machine Translation, Mobile applications, and/or Language QA initiatives preferred
