Program Manager

Position Description
Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in managing complex programs encompassing public facing IT-enabled business process outsourcing services? Your future duties and responsibilities
As the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our multi-faceted program. Your responsibilities will include:

Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the program as the single management focal point, aligning it with the organization's objectives and goals.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain a strong strategic partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication and collaboration. Primary responsibility will be the client Director.

Operational Efficiency: Continuously monitor and enhance program performance by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource allocation. This role is also responsible for chairing the client's Internal Review Board process.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Oversee BPO definition and adherence, ensuring they meet quality standards, contractual agreements, and performance metrics.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact program success.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports, analyze program performance data, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Master's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required.

Proven Overall Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience.

Proven Program Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a successful track record in overseeing large, complex major systems development, acquisitions, and/or systems engineering and integration efforts.

Industry Knowledge: Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in systems design, cyber security, software development and web technologies.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.

Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in program management or related fields, such as PMP or Six Sigma.

Industry Experience: Experience in the specific industries relevant to the program, such as low-code development, PMBoK, ITIL, Agile Development, DevOps.

Change Management: Experience with change management principles and methodologies.

Vendor Management: Experience in managing third-party vendors and suppliers.

Mission Experience: Experience with supporting the Immigration processes within the U.S. Federal Government, and/or supporting the Department of State.
