This role involves overseeing large-scale technology programs and projects, driving digital strategy transformation, and enhancing HCM platforms for an organization.
- Oversee and manage large-scale technology programs and projects within Workforce Technology Systems.
- Drive digital strategy transformation and enhancements to Human Capital Management platforms and processes.
- Partner with technical delivery leaders, executives, project managers, and business teams for end-to-end project management.
- Lead initiatives from planning and requirements gathering through execution and implementation, focusing on time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and champion best practices within the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager with a focus on Digital Transformation and AI Strategy.
- Strong experience with financial budgeting and forecasting for digital strategy projects.
- Proven experience in an Agency model, especially in digital technology projects such as mobile/web apps.
