Job Details
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in program management, with good exp in healthcare domain is a plus.
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, offshore/onshore delivery models, and third-party vendors.
- Strong skills in budget management, stakeholder communication, and program governance.
- Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI, ServiceNow, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
