RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager III, in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.
Summary:
This role plays a key part in driving delivery of critical initiatives across a Mobile Product roadmap and supporting a portfolio of high-impact programs, including Verizon, RCS/RBM Messaging, International Roaming, and Wi-Fi Convergence. This is an enterprise-level role requiring expert-level coordination across multiple teams and departments, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide programs, consisting of multiple interconnected projects
* Drive program execution from inception through delivery, maintaining alignment with strategic goals and governance standards
* Own the program roadmap, tracking development status, issues, risks, and success metrics
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams to ensure interdependencies are managed effectively
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional VP, GVP, and SVP-level executives
* Lead status meetings, executive updates, and presentations, ensuring program visibility and alignment at all levels
* Monitor and continuously improve program performance across cost, schedule, and quality dimensions
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and proactively resolve any roadblocks to successful delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in large, matrixed organizations
* Proven success in enterprise-level program management, especially in product or software development environments
* Ability to command a room and deliver effective presentations to executive-level stakeholders
* Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to remain calm and thoughtful under pressure and navigate change effectively
* Strong organizational skills and a delivery-focused mindset
* Mobile industry experience is a plus, but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
