Program management includes: overseeing and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards. This role involves developing compliance strategies, conducting audits and compliance assessments, and collaborating with various departments to mitigate risks, address compliance concerns, and implement corrective actions. Duties will include scheduling testing and remediation activities during testing periods, completing issue evaluations for any control failures, developing training materials, performing annual scoping and control redesign activities during annual rationalization efforts as well as on-going as business changes occur. This role also includes relationship building with stakeholders and preparing compliance reports.
