Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
* Program Manager will lead multiple interconnected programs across a portfolio
* Manage enterprise-level initiatives with minimal oversight
* Work closely with senior leadership and C-suite executives
* Provide strategic guidance, help execs make decisions
* Deliver presentations, digest and communicate complex info
* Spot risks early, ensure on-time delivery of program goals
* As a Program Manager, you will oversee migrations to backend payment rails, sunset legacy software
* Manage post-integration projects for acquired books of business
* Collaborate with project and development teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
* PMP certification required; Prosci ADKAR Model Certification preferred
* Strong background in program management, not just project execution
* Payments industry experience is required
* Experience with program management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheets)
* Demonstrated understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, consultation, including influencing without authority
* Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Effective presentation and facilitation skills
* Proven ability to lead without micromanagement
* Ability to communicate with c suite and present well
* Little oversight and hit the ground running
* 10% travel required if non-local

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
