Program Manager

Note: This position offers the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role based on performance. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who are open to conversion. Position Title: Solution Architect Specialist

Location: Fully onsite, M-F in McLean VA

Direction: Temp to Hire

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in solution architecture, with strong involvement in modernization, cloud migration (AWS), and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to translate product vision into technical architecture, roadmaps, topologies, and risk maps—not a pure infrastructure or operations profile.
• Hands-on experience building and presenting architecture assets (e.g., system topology, solution diagrams, capability heatmaps) using tools like Visio, PowerPoint, Draw.io, or MindManager.
• Comfortable operating in a DevOps CI/CD ecosystem, ideally with exposure to Jenkins, Atlassian tools, and AWS EKS.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior leadership, present strategies, and support product and program management.
• Background in software engineering or development with working knowledge of programming (e.g., Python) to understand automation—not for hands-on scripting.
• Experience in a Solution Architect or Product Management-aligned role, driving technical strategy and platform evolution.
