Program Manager

Location: Mclean, VA (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$41.61-$61.20 per hour

Description
Lead end-to-end program lifecycle for initiatives including upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Define program scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure delivery on-time, within scope and budget, using appropriate methodologies.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ERP system.
Provide functional leadership and oversight in migration programs.
Interface with business leadership and external partners to align program goals and priorities.
Promote best practices and standardization in ERP implementation and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage risk, change control, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Gather and validate requirements with cross-functional business units.
Lead data cleaning and data migration for the ERP migration program.
Review and approve functional designs, test scripts, and cutover plans.
Communicate status reports and program dashboards to senior management.
Identify automation opportunities, data governance issues, and process improvement areas.

Qualifications
Experience in program project management within ERP systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in data migration and configuration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
