Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and governance across project teams. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring gaps are identified, addressed, and closed while driving successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams for effective execution.

• Clarify project understanding and direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Identify gaps in processes or requirements and work with business and IT stakeholders to close them.

• Oversee overall governance and management of assigned programs.

• Develop achievable program roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

• Report on the status of program management plans, including deliverables, schedules, budgets, and milestones.

• Ensure effective communication with client teams and internal teams, translating complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.

• Strong knowledge of program governance, roadmap development, and project lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
