Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with our Solution Manager to deliver a series of mission critical projects for our Legal and Global Security business partner. As the Program Manager for Legal and Global Security Solutions, the candidate will work closely with the various delivery team leaders from Business Process, Design, Technical Services, Data Management, Change Management and System Integration to ensure project deliverables are created / submitted based upon the agreed upon schedule and align with the project stakeholder expectations. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful running large scale project management engagements. The Program Manager is accountable for the management and maintenance of key deliverables associated to each project, specifically:Project CharterCommunication PlanProject Management PlanProject ScheduleScope Management PlanBenefits TrackerRisk RegisterChange LogProject Status ReportIssue LogValue Tracker



The Program Manager candidate must be prepared to:Aggregate detailed plans from Business Process, Design, Technical Services, Data Management, Change Management and System Integration workstreams into a single comprehensive project viewDeal effectively with ambiguity and guide the various workstream leads towards consensusStructure projects either using Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies that best aligns with variety of projects within the portfolio Serve as the first point of issue escalation for the workstream leadsDocument project work and status in Wrike (e.g. risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedule, tasks)Work closely with the Solution Manager on specific Change Management activities (e.g. comms creation and delivery) Coordinate deliverable development activities with the project's Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business StakeholdersUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule Comfortable objectively communicating project status, issues and risks based on data to project sponsors and leadershipDevelop executive level project summaries as required using aforementioned tools approved by the Client



Additional RequirementsMinimum 5 years of managing large scale and complex programsExperience in Legal operations a plusDemonstrated large scale project management experience mandatoryStrong familiarity using tools required (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) mandatoryDemonstrated ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment mandatory10 years project management experience, of which minimal 3 years leading large scale projectsExcellent verbal and communication skills mandatory Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision mandatoryAbility to work with Leadership and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning initiatives mandatoryExecutive presence and ability to influence outcomes when identifying innovative opportunities, presenting plans and building support for process improvements mandatoryStrong leadership, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail mandatory
