The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer Analyst 4
 
- Interview Process: Interviews will be held in person at the MSP Headquarters. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview. 
- Candidates selected for an interview must present a valid ID to the manager during the interview.
- Duration: 1 year with possible extension
- Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule (2-5 days onsite/week). NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. 
- Local candidates ONLY. Candidates must be located within 2 hours of Dimondale, MI at time of submission.
 
 
Top Skills & Years of Experience: 
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Application Developer, with a demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle and Hibernate/JPA.
- Solid front-end development skills using Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web service integration. 
- Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web service integration. 
- Demonstrated expertise in modern security protocols and authentication frameworks, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, and JSON Web Tokens (JWT), with practical experience implementing secure, scalable identity and access management solutions across distributed systems. 
Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
