Project Architect

Job Title: Registered Architect - Public Sector Focus
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Ohio (In-person)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Position Overview:

A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Architect (RA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, including projects for public entities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is well-versed in Ohio codes and design processes, with strong technical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and documentation for public sector projects.
• Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure design quality and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with State of Ohio design guidelines and current Ohio Building Codes.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Support or lead construction administration efforts as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Architect (RA) licensed in Ohio.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Proven experience with public sector projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of constructability and current building codes.
