This manufacturing technology company delivers tailored ERP solutions to 500+ clients. As they scale from a small to mid-sized business, they're hiring a Project Coordinator to help manage growing demand and support the transition to Epicor's cloud platform. This is a full-time role open to candidates local to the Chicago area.
The team needs a Project Coordinator who can hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in manufacturing and ERP systems (specifically Epicor).

- Exposure to Epicor
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
- Support three project managers in overseeing project execution.
- Develop and communicate a clear project roadmap outlining deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate task assignments, ensuring the right people are matched with the right work in an optimal sequence.
- Maintain project timelines and proactively manage the schedule to ensure consultants stay on track and deadlines are met.
