Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of cross-sector programs involving health and social data exchange. This role bridges public health, healthcare, and community-based service providers through system integration, stakeholder coordination, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support programs involving health data interoperability, onboarding partners to shared health/social information platforms.
- Serve as liaison to community partners, government agencies, and service providers to ensure program alignment and data-sharing compliance.
- Develop workflows, training materials, and documentation for onboarding and ongoing partner engagement.
- Analyze program data and policy changes to inform decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate contract and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, social sciences, or related field (Master s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in program management, health IT, or social service integration, including at least 1 year in HIE, EHR, or interoperability settings.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, health IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and cross-sector collaboration models.
- Strong skills in data analysis, workflow documentation, stakeholder communication, and training delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with EHR systems, HIE platforms, and learning management systems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible materials for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, Visio, and collaborative platforms.
