Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team, responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards in construction, particularly within the commercial and retail sectors.

Compensation: Up to $115,000 base salary DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and Procore.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, particularly in commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with project management software, specifically Procore and Microsoft Project preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
