Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects.
  • Support the preparation and review of contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Track project costs, budgets, and progress to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all project phases.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
