Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects.
- Support the preparation and review of contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Track project costs, budgets, and progress to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
