Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our Elgin, IL office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You will play a key role in supporting project managers and field teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Support site teams in resolving issues and maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant construction experience (internships considered).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction software and MS Office.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
