Job Details
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our Elgin, IL office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You will play a key role in supporting project managers and field teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Support site teams in resolving issues and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant construction experience (internships considered).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction software and MS Office.
