Project Manager - Construction

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager - Construction to join their team onsite in Memphis, TN.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and construction
• Contract negotiations and contract administration
• Construction and project management
• Site management, selection, and design
• Multi-site operations management
• Project cost estimation / cost control
• Facilities and operations management
• Construction planning and scheduling
• Vendor relationship and management
• Management of multiple projects
• People management
• Risk management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to manage and multi-task
• Demonstrates good judgment as well as good verbal, written, and communication skills
• Outstanding organization and leadership skills
• Detailed knowledge of construction processes
• Strong project leadership skills
• Knowledge of procedures and OSHA requirements and training
• OSHA 15 or 30 certification
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Knowledge and understanding of the NEC (National Electrical Code) preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of Telecommunications Industry standards (BICSI Standards) preferred

Wage Range :
The hourly rate for this position is between $39.00 - $64.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
