Project Manager - IT Asset Management

One of our clients is urgently looking for Project Manager - IT Asset Management.

Duration: 6 months

Hourly: $35 - $40 per hour (W2)

Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (PCs, servers, smartphones, external storage media), including procurement, configuration and disposal

1. Prepare as required according to our Guidelines for Life Cycle Manage of PCs and Smartphones
2. In the procurement phase, establish a scheme for the secure Procurement of recommended equipment from reputable deals
3. The security software is to be implemented in a secure manner during the configuration phase
4. In the maintenance phase, establish an operation & maintenance scheme (selection of appropriate maintenance contracts) to ensure that appropriate repairs are carried out in the event of PC or smartphone breakdowns
5. In the disposal phase, establish a scheme for the safe disposal of equipment without data leakage from the PC
6. Support the operation of Manage assets at each Country

Manage the lifecycle of network equipment, including Procurement, configuration and disposal

1. Prepare as necessary according to the Life Cycle Manage of NW equipment based on our guidelines
2. In the procurement phase, establish a scheme for the safe Procurement of recommended equipment from reputable deals
3. In the configuration phase, the rules for F/W and NW configuration are set up
4. In the maintenance phase, establish an operation & maintenance scheme (selection of appropriate Maintenance Contracts) to ensure that appropriate repairs can be carried out in the event of NW equipment failure
5. In the disposal phase, establish a scheme for the safe disposal of NW equipment without any data leakage to the outside

General IT duties for Regional Country locations.

1. In addition to the above duties, manage the IT equipment at each Country and implement systems in collaboration with local vendors, as an IT responsible person
2. The Regional Countries may be changed to other countries in the future

In addition

ITSS Level 4, Experienced professional. This level usually signifies someone who can:

1. Lead small projects or sub-projects
2. Solve complex problems
3. Possess a deep understanding of their specialized field
4. Guide or mentor junior staff
5. Contribute to strategic planning within their domain
