Project Manager - ITAM (HAM)

Hybrid - 3-4 days - Grand Rapids or Atlanta, GA

-Need to be able to run the program and do hands on work

-Need someone who can dig deep and solve problems

• Strong Global Program Leadership:

Proven experience in building and scaling a global asset management program within a large enterprise environment.

• Experience with Process & Procedure Development:

Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing asset management processes and procedures from the ground up.

• Strong End-to-End Lifecycle Expertise:

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the full asset lifecycle, from procurement through retirement, including tracking, auditing, and compliance.

Project Overview: Acrisure Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

• Objective: Build a global asset management program at the enterprise level.
• Looking for someone experienced in IT asset management (ITAM) with hands-on involvement not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Role: ITAM Program Manager (with strong ServiceNow expertise)
• Experience:
• Built or led global IT asset management programs.
• Proven track record in end-to-end asset lifecycle management.
• Comfortable meeting with business and IT managers.
• Strong understanding of ITAM change management.
• Experience writing policy documents and designing or improving processes.
• Pe-rsonality/Work Ethic:
• Hard-working.
• First instinct is leadership, but not above hands-on work.

Technical Requirements

• Tools: ServiceNow (ITAM module will be the primary platform)
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience facilitating asset management workflows through ServiceNow.
