Job Summary:
Seeking a Provider Operations Project Manager to oversee projects related to provider enrollment, credentialing, communications, training, and new initiatives. Role includes managing project activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring accurate provider participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor new and ongoing Provider Operations initiatives.
Lead planning, development, and communication efforts across teams.
Oversee provider communications and ensure accuracy of processes.
Coordinate with vendors, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.
Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and process issues.
Required Skills:
NC Medicaid & Provider Operations experience (3+ years)
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Ability to build team commitment
