Job Summary:
Seeking a Provider Operations Project Manager to oversee projects related to provider enrollment, credentialing, communications, training, and new initiatives. Role includes managing project activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring accurate provider participation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor new and ongoing Provider Operations initiatives.

  • Lead planning, development, and communication efforts across teams.

  • Oversee provider communications and ensure accuracy of processes.

  • Coordinate with vendors, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and process issues.

Required Skills:

  • NC Medicaid & Provider Operations experience (3+ years)

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities

  • High attention to detail

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build team commitment
