Job Title: Project Manager/ Pharma
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: long Term contract
Job Description
Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry to lead cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects across clinical, R&D, regulatory, or manufacturing functions within pharma/life sciences.
Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and track deliverables.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including scientists, regulatory teams, vendors, and leadership.
Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance metrics; provide regular status reports to leadership.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across project teams.
Coordinate vendor management, contracts, and third-party collaborations.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master s or PMP preferred).
5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle, regulatory processes (FDA/EMA), and GxP environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment in Boston s biotech/pharma hub.
