Description:
We re seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the local Single Point of Contact (SPOC) supporting a major global business transformation initiative. In this role, you ll act as the bridge between the global program team and the North America business aligning stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring successful local execution of the program s project plan.
This position requires a strong mix of project leadership, change management, and deep understanding of finance-related business processes within the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central communication link between global program teams, local key users, and leadership groups.
- Lead, monitor, and manage the local change action plan, identifying risks and defining mitigation activities.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination across finance and operational process areas (O2C, R2R, FP&A, S2P, F2P).
- Ensure local business needs are represented while maintaining alignment with global project guidance.
- Provide regular updates to local leadership, track actions, and support decision-making.
- Maintain high standards of communication, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.
- Support process variance assessments and remediation efforts at the site level.
Qualifications
- 5 10 years of experience within multinational life science organizations.
- Strong background in finance, controlling, or consolidation.
- Solid understanding of US-based business processes.
- Significant project management experience preferably within large-scale transformation programs.
- Prior involvement in ERP/SAP implementations is highly desirable.
- Experience in O2C, Finance, S2P, or F2P is a plus.
