Job Details
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HRIS or HCM systems.
- Proven experience implementing Workday OneSource Virtual or similar Workday modules.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee self-service portals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Workday certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in virtual or remote teams.
- Familiarity with change management and training strategies during system rollouts.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
