Hema at
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Location: Skaneateles, NY (Hybrid or Remote (1 week onsite per month required))

- Provides analytical support in Project Management under minimal supervision.
- Supports the Project and Program Review meetings, including information gathering across all projects, meeting operations, and managing minutes and actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to create and execute Project Plans in accordance with established New Product Development polices and processes.
- Proactively participates in processes and makes recommendations for system refinements within the Project Management Office.
- Support Planning Sessions as documentation lead and/or workstream lead. Performance Management
- Interacts through program and/or project updates and reviews with all levels of management.
- Drives the use of Project Management Methodology throughout projects.
- Support and manage multiple R&D-focused projects
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver R&D initiatives
- Conduct 4 5 hours of meetings per month to review progress, risks, and action items
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify issues ("bugs"), clarify expectations, and drive resolution plans
- Manage special projects (non medical device focused), including work related to organizational structure analysis
- Ensure alignment on action plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in the organization's ability to execute projects and programs from initiation to completion and production scale-up.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems
- Must have the ability to correctly complete high school-level mathematics.
- Must be able to read and follow detailed written instructions and have good verbal/written communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Must have the following personal attributes: integrity and trust, work ethic, sound judgment, intellectual honesty, pragmatism, courage and conviction.
- Must display personal accountability for results and integrity.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; with experience in at least one of electronics, optics, injection molded plastics, software, requirements definition, or testing preferred.
- Applied knowledge of FDA and international medical device regulations or experience with other highly regulated industries would be preferable
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM); Project Management certification (PMP), preferred.
- 3 4 years of Project Management experience (minimum)
- 5+ years of overall professional experience preferred
- Exposure to medical device projects is a plus
- Experience working on hardware, software, or electromechanical projects is a strong plus
Additional Notes
- PMP or other certifications not required
- The candidate should be highly interactive and hands-on with project execution
