Must-Have Skills:
- PMP-certified with proven IT project management experience, including full SDLC and PMLC lifecycle management.
- 8+ years of experience in data management solutions, data analytics/BI, web-based development (J2EE), or SOA-related projects.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing sprints using Agile methodologies (planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, retrospectives, Kanban).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in the healthcare or public health sector, particularly with multi-agency IT initiatives.
- Experience managing mixed functional and matrixed project teams, including planning, quality management, and lifecycle deployment.
