Job Summary The Senior Program / Project Manager is a key member of the Global Operations team, responsible for managing the planning and execution of complex operations programs. This includes the transfer of Client Reagents and Consumables Manufacturing across global sites, product and manufacturing line transfers, new product introductions, and additional high-impact projects. The role ensures alignment with strategic goals, while driving quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery across cross-functional, international teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple global operations programs. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and required resources. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation (Project History File, Meeting Minutes, Risk Management Files, etc.). Manage cross-functional resource allocation and scheduling to meet project milestones. Track project progress using appropriate tools; identify risks, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions. Facilitate continuous communication with stakeholders at all levels, including VP and Director-level updates. Support and coach operations leaders and project managers on best practices and project KPIs. Drive Kaizen and Lean initiatives to accelerate timelines while maintaining quality and cost targets. Oversee the manufacturing phase-in and handoff to operations teams, including post-launch monitoring and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with relevant EHS and Quality standards in ISO9001 or ISO13485 environments. Contribute to strategic operations initiatives and any additional assignments by leadership. Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Operations, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline required. Minimum of 58 years of hands-on project/program management experience leading cross-functional teams. Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of program management principles, tools, and software. Proven track record managing global teams and delivering complex projects. Familiarity with quality documentation systems and regulatory compliance. Strong experience in risk management, people leadership, and change management. Proficient in MS Project or similar project management software. Ability to travel up to 30% globally (including Asia and North America). Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Background in medical device or life sciences industries. Experience with cGMP, ISO13485, or other relevant regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Direct experience in operations or manufacturing project environments. Certifications Preferred: PMP Certification Additional Assets: Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) Training Requirements Completion of all assigned internal training including DBS Immersion on VPM, PSP, and DM.
