Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data-driven initiatives within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience managing IT projects, including those involving React and Python technologies. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position includes on-site presence at the client location in Charlotte, NC for at least two days per week. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects with a focus on data and financial services. Oversee development efforts involving React and Python technologies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Facilitate project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities. Ensure alignment with client expectations, business goals, and compliance standards. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage project risks and issues. Support product control-related initiatives and ensure data integrity across systems. Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the financial services domain. Proven experience managing data-centric projects. Familiarity with product control processes. Experience leading IT projects involving React and Python technologies. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC for at least two days per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile methodologies and tools. Background in financial data systems or regulatory reporting. Education: Bachelors Degree
