Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager Consultant to lead large-scale initiatives in the Health Sciences domain, ensuring successful project delivery across scope, schedule, and budget. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and healthcare compliance expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery with clear scope, timelines, and budgets.

  • Develop project charters, plans, and schedules aligned with business goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks and drive mitigation plans proactively.

  • Present project updates and dashboards to senior leadership.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and internal PM frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Required).

  • MBA or Master s in Business/Analytics (Preferred).

Skills & Experience

  • 8 10 years in managing enterprise or large-scale projects.

  • Expertise in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project methodologies.

  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project or JIRA.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Analytical problem-solver with proven success managing resources and timelines.

  • Experience in healthcare operations, EHR/EMR systems, and compliance.

  • Certifications like PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
