Job Description
We are a nationally recognized general contractor and full-service EPC firm specializing in complex, large-scale industrial and energy infrastructure projects. With decades of experience delivering high-performance facilities across the U.S., we are at the forefront of innovation in LNG terminals, oil & gas processing, and combined cycle power generation.
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar EPC projects in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in LNG facilities, oil & gas infrastructure, and combined cycle power stations, with a proven ability to manage full lifecycle execution-from preconstruction through commissioning.
- Lead all phases of EPC project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, and commissioning personnel
- Serve as primary client interface, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and performance metrics
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination, contract administration, and change management
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Drive project controls, risk mitigation strategies, and cost forecasting
- Facilitate project reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
- Support business development and proposal efforts for future energy projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of project management experience in heavy industrial EPC projects
- Direct experience with LNG terminals, oil & gas facilities, and/or combined cycle power plants
- Strong understanding of process systems, mechanical/electrical integration, and commissioning protocols
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
