Project Manager

Project Manager - Electrical

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects our commercial and multi family projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize project management software such as Procore and Blue Beam for documentation and tracking.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Multi Family and hospital projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and commercial construction processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, including Procore and Blue Beam.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
