Project Manager Engineering

We re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing engineering consultancy that provides full-service EPCm solutions to industrial clients nationwide, spanning sectors such as pulp & paper, chemicals, consumer products, food & beverage, power and heavy industrial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role during a time of significant growth.

What You ll Do:

• Lead engineering projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, serving as the main point of contact for project execution and communication.

• Define project scope, develop plans, track costs, and manage schedules to keep projects on track.

• Identify and address risks, changes in scope, or client needs proactively.

• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently.

• Support future business opportunities by fostering strong client relationships and demonstrating value through project success.

What We re Looking For:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience managing engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

• Familiarity with both front-end (conceptual) engineering and detailed engineering processes.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Experience in consulting engineering for consumer products or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
