The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within budget, scope, and timeline aligned to the broader organizational goals and objectives. This role involves coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors, managing project risks, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and being responsible for the end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the broader group of stakeholders within the organization.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for the project.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and expertly perform Financial Risk Management
• Be the custodian of end-to-end ownership of project deliverables
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Should be able to effectively Manage stakeholder interests and concerns
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies and prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have 5 to 15 years of experience in Project Management with following expertise:
• Proven experience in project management (Domain knowledge in Animal Health or Human Health is highly recommended)
• Experience in Manufacturing / Laboratory environments is highly recommended
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Should be adept in Budgeting and financial tracking of the project
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Knowledge of Clarity tool is good to have.
• Experienced in integrating DevOps tools and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency
• Familiar with executing .NET-based engagements along with ETL, SQL, and Oracle databases is good to have.
