Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Quincy, MA

Duration: Contract with potential for extension (no FTE conversion)
Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager II to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives-from project definition through successful implementation. This role is accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of technical concepts and infrastructure environments.

This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence in Quincy, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with defined scope, budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and drive key milestones to completion.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide daily direction and support to cross-functional project resources.
  • Facilitate change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and budget tracking.
  • Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges and risks.


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in infrastructure or technical environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, including infrastructure assets.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects with predictable outcomes and minimal risk.
  • High level of creativity, initiative, and ownership.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
