Job Title :- Project Manager
Location :- St. Louis, MO (Onsite)
Duration :- 12+ months
Skillset required: Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Telecom Domain experience
Detailed JD:
- Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Chatbot technologies within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and support the development of AI-driven customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Evaluate and define AI and chatbot use cases within the telecom domain to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and define solution goals.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired capabilities in AI implementations.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of chatbot and AI features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assist in creating business cases, ROI analysis, and roadmap planning for AI/chatbot initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends in AI and Telecom to recommend innovative solutions.
Required
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies and Chatbot implementation.
- Strong domain expertise in Telecom (BSS/OSS, customer service, network operations, etc.).
- Experience working in agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in AI, Data Science, or Technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
