Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a Project Manager.

Summary:
The Senior Project/Program Manager within Sales Strategy & Support is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives that drive strategic value for the organization. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects or programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage large-scale projects or programs from initiation through delivery
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, product owners, IT, operations, finance, and external partners
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
* Monitor and report on project/program performance using KPIs and dashboards

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP certification a plus but not required
* 4+ years of experience in project/program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with agile and waterfall project methodologies
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment

* Experience in the financial services industry a plus but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
