RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Project Manager with strong experience in system integrations, particularly involving Salesforce. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce-related initiatives, including integrations with other enterprise systems
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and align project goals with business objectives
* Partner with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
* Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear communication to all stakeholders, and ensure alignment across teams
* Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project execution and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience managing IT projects with a strong focus on Salesforce and system integrations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align technology solutions with business needs
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
* Experience with risk management, change control, and stakeholder engagement
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
