Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX.

Summary:
As a Project Manager in the Personal Systems Security Response (PSSR) team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of security response tickets-from intake to public disclosure. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and coordinated responses to security vulnerabilities affecting Company's Personal Systems products.

Responsibilities:
* Ticket Lifecycle Management: Own and manage incoming security tickets, ensuring they are triaged, tracked, and resolved efficiently
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal researchers, product teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders to gather technical details, validate findings, and define mitigation strategies
* Publication Readiness: Oversee the preparation and release of public security bulletins, advisories, and customer-facing communications
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for updates on ticket status, escalations, and resolution timelines
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all published materials meet internal standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
* Typically, 2-4 years of experience
* Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results
* Understanding of organization and company products and service offering development process
* Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; Mastery in English and local language
* Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
