RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.
Responsibilities:
* Acting as a product owner - assisting with the definition and communication of a clear product vision and strategy for the notifications platform that aligns with overall business goals and enhances user experience
* Owning the notifications experience, including roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization
* Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable, and personalized communications
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to test and iterate on message delivery timing, channels, and content to improve engagement metrics
* Analyzing and understanding interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigators that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of new products and services
* Driving A/B testing and experimentation for communication strategies and messaging effectiveness
* Monitoring performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and churn impact, and make data-driven decisions
* Analyze and synthesize complex data, project management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
* Business Operations Analysis experience: 3 years or more
* Telecommunications and/or experience with technology/software products: 3 years or more
* Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word
* Technical skills: Personal computer and software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Notification delivery systems (e.g., Pinpoint, Firebase, Skycreek, Twilio, etc.)
* Abilities: Quickly identify business problems & opportunities; Communicate effectively orally and in writing; Define key performance indicators/metrics; Manage multiple projects simultaneously; Document, prepare, and present data-driven presentations; Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor relationships
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
