Role: Project Manager Level III
Location: Albany, NY
Type: 18-month contract

Note: Must have prior experience with

  • Health & Human Services eligibility systems (Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare)

Description:
Seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to lead the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program. Will oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and vendor coordination while ensuring data governance and compliance.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 12+ years PMO experience, 7+ years managing complex projects, 2+ years leadership

  • Health & Human Services eligibility systems (Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare)

  • Proven data conversion & modeling experience with legacy systems and ETL teams

  • Strong MS Project/Project Online with VBA scripting

  • Agile development project management experience

Desirable:

  • Managed program budgets $100 million

  • Bachelor s in Business/CS/Engineering

  • PMP or equivalent
