  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking multiple Project Managers to join our team.

    MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

    • Active PMP certification and 7-10+ years of enterprise-level project management experience, including leading complex, multi-system technology implementations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and governance audiences, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and operate independently with strong accountability.
    • Proven vendor management experience, including oversight of contracts, deliverables, milestones, change orders, and invoice accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and visibility, with a strong understanding of system integrations and cross-team dependencies.
    • Skilled at navigating complex organizational environments, balancing competing priorities, anticipating stakeholder sensitivities, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
    • Ability to lead requirements gathering, business case development, and project scoping, and to translate business needs into clear, actionable project plans.
    • Experience coordinating testing cycles, readiness activities, go-live execution, and stabilization, with strong risk, decision, action-item, and escalation management skills.
    • Proficiency in budget tracking, forecasting, burn rate monitoring, variance analysis, and familiarity with procurement processes such as RFPs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments.
    • Experience leading operational readiness efforts, including go-live preparation, training coordination, user adoption, post-implementation stabilization, and transition to operations.
    • Ability to produce high-quality project documentation and governance materials, such as charters, schedules, risk/issue logs, cutover plans, and executive summaries.
    • Experience using project and portfolio management tools and creating clear, data-driven dashboards and performance reports.


    NICE-TO-HAVE ATTRIBUTES

    • Experience in public sector, education, or similarly structured environments.
    • Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview, Wrike, Smartsheet, Google Workspace).
    • Ability to support portfolio-level dashboards, KPIs, and intake governance.
    • Understanding of compliance, audit, and governance requirements, including procurement and data privacy considerations.
