Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Unified PDL project plan including:

    • Project schedules

    • Risk management

    • Communication plans

    • Status reporting

    • Project roles & responsibilities

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings involving pharmacists, business partners, and vendor teams.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and timely communication to internal and external teams.

  • Support integration activities related to Medicaid pharmacy operations and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain documentation and drive project milestones to successful completion.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience leading Medicaid implementations OR managing Medicaid pharmacy/PDL-related projects.

  • Strong understanding of Medicaid pharmacy programs, Pharmacoeconomics, and vendor integration processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact across all levels, including senior leadership.
