Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Unified PDL project plan including:
Project schedules
Risk management
Communication plans
Status reporting
Project roles & responsibilities
Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings involving pharmacists, business partners, and vendor teams.
Provide leadership, guidance, and timely communication to internal and external teams.
Support integration activities related to Medicaid pharmacy operations and vendor coordination.
Maintain documentation and drive project milestones to successful completion.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience leading Medicaid implementations OR managing Medicaid pharmacy/PDL-related projects.
Strong understanding of Medicaid pharmacy programs, Pharmacoeconomics, and vendor integration processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact across all levels, including senior leadership.
