Project Manager Salesforce & OMS Integration
- Lead a strategic project integrating Salesforce with IBM Sterling OMS and transforming the customer experience across showrooms.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery including quote-to-order integration (Phase 1) and showroom transformation (Phase 2).
- Oversee implementation of customer-facing enhancements like scan-to-quote, sample selection, and self-service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT, operations, consultants) to ensure alignment and scalability.
- Provide clear updates to director/executive stakeholders, escalating risks with actionable recovery plans.
- Manage internal staff and external consultants, defining roles, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure project health through KPIs, risk management, mitigation strategies, and recovery actions when needed.
