  • Expertise in MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration with production systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 & related).

  • Proficiency in SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.

  • Experience in developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for semiconductor equipment.

  • Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipe creation, download, upload, validation.

  • Real-time equipment data collection, monitoring, SPC strategies.

  • Functional experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management, and Factory Automation (SECS/GEM).

  • Experience in test automation framework maintenance & enhancement.

  • Strong knowledge of documentation and testing practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale semiconductor MES & automation projects.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and standardization with SMEs.

  • Define and manage factory automation requirements with process SMEs and area leads.

  • Drive project execution using best practices & methodologies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Validate factory automation systems and prepare supporting documentation.

  • Provide time estimates, user story points, and status updates.

  • Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

  • Apply DFM principles & product lifecycle management.

  • Analyze problems, make data-driven decisions, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Provide technical mentorship and develop leadership talent within the team.
